Crazy cow lady in Middletown

Michelle Allen of Middletown was arrested last night for chasing children in a cow costume and urinating on a neighbor’s porch. After she was released, the police had to come back a few hours later because she was blocking traffic. Read the article from the Middletown Journal

What a hoot…all the more reason not to let your children to dress up and go out in public on Halloween, they might start demonstrating that same behavior as an adult.
Sorry but I highly disagree and consider this to be a invalid excuse. The acts of a few don’t represent the majority, both as children and as adults. There’s a time to be a kid and a time to be an adult.
Why the cow cosume? She looks like something I’ve seen at the zoo.
Because she’s drunk.
i condone this kind of behavior only on Oct. 31st, any other day of the year is definitely off limits, unless you are at a couples shower.
What I meant was that she didn’t need a costume, she’d look like a zoo animal without it.
